MÚIZ.KZ does not store your card details.

Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe. Card details are entered directly on the secure payment page and are not stored on our website.

Payment confirmation

Your order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to our website and your order status will be updated.

Failed or cancelled payments

If your payment fails or is cancelled, your order will not be processed until a successful payment is made.

You may try again with the same card, use another card, or contact your bank if the payment is declined.

Refunds

If a refund is approved according to our return and refund policy, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.

Refund processing time may depend on Stripe, your bank, and your card issuer.
